Not worth the high price I have paid, not a luxury hotel at all. No amenity kits provided. Not perfectly clean either, carpets are stained and dusty, some corners are rusty/rotting. Still nice, still a place to sleep but not worth the price (same level as premier inn/holiday inn). I did get a good view from my room.

방이 생각보다 작긴했지만 혼자 지내기엔 충분했습니다. 얼음머신과 정수기가 같은 위치에 있었으면 더 좋았을거 같습니다.(각각2층과 지하1층에 위치함)

By far the most horrible, my check in was on March 12, and Lufthansa canceled my flight on that day, and hotel said because of no show, not only we took your money we don't give you any room too! Myself and Trip tried to negotiate for cancelation or even I asked my friend take the room, was all No! At the end i lost huge amount of money.

편하고 좋았습니다, 위치도 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 부대시설은 호텔의 크기가 매우 작아 헬스장이 작게 지하에 만들어져 있는 것 말고는 특별한게 없습니다. 하지만 그랜드 센트럴 터미널과 가까웠기 때문에 여러 동선으로 움직이기에는 굉장히 만족스러운 위치였습니다.

The front desk staff, and the bellman were especially friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned daily and left neat and spotless. Our only concern is that the towels and sheets were changed to often. We would prefer to have a more eco-friendly approach to changing the linens.
